Day 1: Drive to Rwenzori, trek to Nyabitaba Camp (2,650m). Day 2: Trek to John Matte Camp (3,505m) through bamboo zone. Day 3: Bujuku Camp (3,962m) via Bigo Bog. Day 4: Elena Camp (4,541m), afternoon acclimatization. Day 5: Summit attempt to Margherita Peak (5,109m), return to Kitandara Camp. Days 6-8: Descend via different route through Guy Yeoman and Nyabitaba camps. Day 9: Final descent, return to Kampala.
