Once your travel dates are confirmed, please email us at info@afrisafaristours.com. We will: Check real-time permit availability with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) or the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). Notify you of availability for your preferred dates. Send an invoice for the permits. Purchase your permits immediately once payment reflects on our account. Provide a scanned copy of your permit(s) for your records. This process ensures your Gorilla Trekking Experience is fully confirmed and reserved.
